Eloqa Cookie Policy

Version 2.0 - Last updated: July 5, 2026

1. Purpose

This policy explains how Eloqa SAS uses cookies and similar technologies on eloqa.app. It supplements our Privacy Policy.

In this policy, “cookies” includes browser cookies and local storage used to remember your preferences.

2. Managing Your Consent

Cookies that are strictly necessary for the website do not require your consent. Analytics cookies and Google tags are triggered only after you agree to them.

You can accept, reject or change your choices at any time using the “Cookie Preferences” link in the website footer.

4. Google Tag Manager

We use Google Tag Manager to manage certain website tags, including Google Analytics. In our target configuration, Google Tag Manager is loaded only if you accept analytics cookies. Google Tag Manager must not be used to bypass your refusal.

If new tags are added to the Google Tag Manager container, this policy must be updated before or when they are enabled.

5. Rejecting Analytics Cookies

If you reject analytics cookies, we do not trigger Google Analytics or Google Tag Manager for your browsing. No “anonymous” analytics mode replaces your refusal.

6. Browser Settings

You may also delete or block cookies in your browser settings. This may delete your preferences and cause the cookie banner to appear again.

7. Contact

If you have questions about this policy or our data processing, contact us at [email protected].
